Well, no screen shots to prove this so.. Hope some1 will remember me :(
The player wipe that just happened.. 2 of my chars got booted: Cloak and Silence
Silence: Really don't care about this 1;)He was just a spare...
Cloak: For the last 2days I have been working on this player, I gave him 50mill at the start and went from there. To be honest with you I don't care about the money. It's the time I spent gathering weapons and equipment that really gets me :angry:
As most players know, starting a new char is tedious at the best of times.. Not the kinda thing you want to do 2 times in a row;)
Ship status: Ravens Talon, Armor Upgrade VIII, shield class 10 (Champ), Xeno ID and Tag, purple goddess guns and turrets. I was in Omega 11 (ready to get some codenames as soon as the server came back on)
I think I left out some stuff but..
I would be happy if I could just have the ship and equipment back.. As I said, the money isn't really the issue here.

Edit: The thing that gets me is that the I was PLAYING on this char when the server went down, seconds before the wipe took place.

(The thing that concerns me most is the fact that this player was wiped even tho he met NONE of the wipe criteria...)

Thanks to Ioncross, which tends to do all that weird stuff when cleaning the player DB. The thing crashed like 10 times in a row.
Fortunately, I made a backup of the player DB before wiping.

(Not that I'm much of a godly person but he deserves some credit I think..)
But the server auto messages come up with: This server is running IONCROSS.. V.I or something...
The latest 1 that I found was V.5... There maybe some bug fixes in the newer releases.. But then again installing some of these things can do more damage than they do good...
But like they always say:

Oops. sorry. I didn't saw them in the corresponding thread so I missed them.
I will have to run another restore tonight. Post this in the wiped chars restore thread so I don't miss them again.
