Voyager 2 30th Aniversary MOD - Voyager-2 - 09-25-2007
I've been using the Discovery MOD for nearly 3 months now. My friends and I are interested in running our own 24/7 server, role playing around real NASA missions to explore the entire Discovery universe.
First things first, we have no idea how to create our own mod versions of the server, ie custom ships. We would like to see 'Voyager' as a buyable craft, but dont know how to create 3D models and save them into the game.
Any help for us would be great.

Lancers Reactor has a great tutorial on how to both create a ship using 3d rendering programs that are free or cheap, and then import them into freelancer.
That would be the best way to start.
