I've wanted to fly a Pirate Train for awhile now, as they seem to be fairly rare on the server.
What I would like to do is create a Junker ID'd Pirate Train. The cover story for this ship would be scrap mining (and it would have a transport mining turret to help convince people of this alibi); however, the true purpose of this ship would be to secretly fence stolen goods that were recieved from pirates to lawful bases, thus helping cargo pirates get the best price for their wares.
However, I know the Pirate Train cannot be landed on a lawful base for the purpose of smuggling, as it is a high-profile ship that can attract a lot of unwanted attention when it's full of illegal cargo. My question is, can I land a Pirate Train on a lawful base as a Junker fencing stolen goods? My insticts tell me it should be ok, as the goods I'm selling aren't illegal, they're just stolen. And I don't think there's any way to tell the difference between stolen gold ore and regular gold ore...
If not, under what circumstances is it ok to dock a Pirate Train on a Lawful base?

If the goods are not illegal, I would say it is plausible.
If you get the commodities from unlawful sources, the authorities wouldn't be able to say where they came from even if they did give your suspicious-looking ship an inspection.

As far as I know it's only against the rules for Smuggler IDed characters to land PTrains on lawful bases.
Those ships are illegal (in-RP, not by the server rules) in Liberty, though, so it won't exactly be easy to get by with it there.

Ive become interested in this Pirate Train, and i wonder if its possible to RP it as a salvaged ship used by Universal Shipping or any other company.
Reason; I.. Kinda like it...
EDIT; I think im going for a Junker ID with this one.
