Pilots a Molly Gunboat, speaks little english and can't count to 5.
If he tells you, that you have 5 seconds to drop all your cargo; he means 2.

All the info i have on him is that he's in a molly gunship, probably armed only with basic turrets. Also, i can count his IQ on one hand.
And i'm afraid not, David. I want every single bounty hunter out there to hunt him like the dog he is, at least till he can count properly and pirate reasonably. So, this bounty is probably not ending for a long, long time, and during that time, i don't want him to be able to get out of that molly hidey hole of his without getting butchered.
Other miners and transport who have lost huge sums of money due to this idiot, please add to the bounty, if only by a million or two. Or if you don't want to pay continually, for every time he's killed, send the amount of cash you want to pay for the bounty to me, and they will be used for paying off any succesful bounty hunters.
