I went into Omega 55 from the O-5 JH, went to the planet, circled around, went up to the wilderness bases, and then went back to the JH. Not one Wild pilot did I spot.

There is absolutely no npcs in omega 15 unless you do a mission.

The server has been lagging up and down today... Might be the server loud. If it goes over a certain limit FLHook disables all NPCs. So that might be it.

But it's already that way. The server hasn't much NPCs anymore (I have killed only 5100 so far, so don't blame me:D)

Not true, there are junkers, red hessians, bounty hunters, and corsairs flying around the patroll lines and the bases.
