We have, up to this point, been good allies and friends to the Junkers, and we have found you, similarly, true and loyal.
I have a request to make.
The QCP would like to purchase two of your Salvager Frigates via your Surplus depots, to bolster our current task force.
We do not require these ships to be outfitted in anyway, we can manage that. We're looking, mainly, at purchasing just the space frames.
If you would be so kind as to set your terms for such a purchase? I am sure my quarter-master can make arrangements.

Yes, we do indeed have many similar interests. Not all the same, but we have some common ground. In fact, I like what you are trying to do and would love to help you. The problem is that I'm unable. I would sell you those two ships tomorrow, but I just have them to sell. The ships have never been mass produced and there are no salvagers in the surplus yard. They are built by individual families and handed down. If there is anything else I can do, please let me know.

my name is Rusty MacSteel, i know HAHA but my parents named me like that so blame them...
But thats not the only thing they gave me. Their second "leftover" is a Salvager named the "Junkyard.Dog".
And now that im reaching my personal retirement-age, i came to think of what to do with that ship.
Thanks to the retarded name i bear, i never was able to "secure" me a woman, at least not for a longer period of time... THANKS MOM, THANKS DAD !!!
With noone who could inherit this ship, but me not willing to let her get scrapped i offer this ship to the QCP.
This way it would still provide useful services and, more important, could support the war-effort against those bloody Hogosha and their kusarian Lapdogs...
The most basic necessities are taken care of, she wears 2 mining- and 4 basic Gunboat-turrets(better be safe than sorry...). My parents and i, we never saw the need to install Armor as we strictly stayed out of trouble and more cargospace means more profit.
As the greedy Junker that i am, no gifts are made ! I can visualize a healthy, but fair, amount of Credits which would help to greatly embellish my retirement home on Gran Canaria...
Long Story short, i have a Salvager - QCP is looking for Ships like these - they can buy mine.
If noone has anything against this deal, anyone of the Congress or other junker "authorities", i propose Mr. Fraser to contact me so we can sort out the details.
