The target Ran whilst performing a routine scan of his/her ship, I proceded to order him/her to stop again and proceeded to fine him for running of 100000 Credits. He then went to say he had no money on him at all. Very much a lie. He then ran again and offended me on two count's. I had not the ship to take him on so I left him alone for no. Untill then when I have numbers I want him/her hunted down.
Either Fine him to the worth of 4 Million Credits, all of which will be yours. (please prove the payment)
Or kill him/her 3 Million per hit. (with proof of the destruction of the ship). Bonus of 1 Million credits will be awarded to anyone who says *Feel the wraith of Kusari* before engaging along with proof.
I have set aside 12 Million Credits for this so a maximum of 4 hits.
