Is it possible to change these and still play online without the server freaking out?
I would love to have movie quotes instead of the budget messages we get now.

In your FL Directory, Data > Audio
There should be a .utf called... nn_voice or something
You'll need the UTF editor, then replace the sounds with that.
They're not named, so you'll have to go fishing.
