Sirs,

I am issuing a severe warning.

The Joker has attacked Coalition ships, tortured and killed our men, and as such has repeatedly acted against your long standing, loyal Allies.

We cannot tolerate him using Rhonneburg as a Safe Harbour when SCRA vessels are engaging him.

We understand that there are some differences, however, we cannot allow a terrorist such as this to camp on our doorstep with the sole intent of murdering our men.

We request that this be dealt with, and the terrorist be turned over to us for trial!

I ask you to consider, closely, our long standing Alliance, and the long and deep rooted friendship we have, against the value of one insane clown.

Herr Katz,

Whoever this "Joker" you're speaking of is, I've ordered my men to sweep the Ronneburg base hangar bay and search for intruders the moment I have received this message. Their search didn't seem to turn up with anything. Are you absolutely sure the individual you speak of has landed on our base? I am quite convinced he couldn't have hacked our automated repair bay doors, not after the last security upgrade. He could have just as well fooled your scanners, especially in the dense, metallic asteroids of Omega-5.

But if it will help, I will order another improvement of security protocols as well as further security sweeps to prevent any such situations from actually ever occurring.

This event was witnessed by the Flagship Havana, standing 300m off of the station. As well as by the CPW-Trotsky and no less than three of our bomber pilots.

All of them of high standing in the SCRA, with honour above reproach.

The Joker proceeded to brag about his affiliation with the Red Hessian Army over system wide.

Audio recordings that I have, personally, listened to.

While I am certain that he may have 'jimmied the doors' as you state... We must, strongly, request that the Joker be dealt with by our allies. We place a lot of trust in you, trust that I know has never been misplaced.

We have fought together, bled together, suffered victory and loss, together.

I remind you that one demented clown can never shed the blood for you that we have over the years.

I implore you, for the sake of our friendship, and off the record. Get a leash on him!

Herr Katz,

Let me put it this way. We all have unsavoury operatives that do our wet work for us. We all have ordered or even done missions that we'd prefer never to reach the light of day. All of this obviously in the name of the Volksrevolution.

As I understand it, the "clown" was a thorn in your side for a while now. I have sent my best men to work researching this case, to better understand it. My men are very skilled at what they do, they will get to the bottom of everything given enough time. They will certainly work around the clock as long as this... "issue" is still on the table.

In the mean time I'd like to suggest you leave the Joker over to the disposition of the Red Hessian Army. After all, he's operating in Hessian space, so he's therefore a Hessian problem.

Don't you agree?
