ID wise... no, RP wise...no.
Of course Junkers aren't really hostile with houses and corporations, but they aren't exactly "loved" either (I belive the right word is "tolerated" in case of Junker / Houses relationship), and I doubt Liberty corporations would sell them their ship. Not to mention how would the Junker's trade partners look at one with such a ship.
