Well gents, this is the deal: On one of our little Indian "partys" through Dublin, we encountered one big Nomad squid

Now, here becomes interesting, lads: When that squid exploded he droped couple of very interesting items, like this Derelict Nomad artifact,
and cause we really dont need this thing, nor we have any interests in squid tech, we are prepared to sell it to interested groups!
So gents, be creative and make us an offer we cant refuse!

If the aforementioned Artifact is indeed just a derelict example and therefore will have no humming vibration or emanating glow around it present.

The Artifact is emitting a glow with a humming vibration indicating that this was taken from part of the vessel itself.
The huge difference in the 2 proposals is down to the fact that if it is very much still "alive" then it will be much more significant to our current situation and, as such, we will need you to keep it in that state by following the instructions provided with proposal #2.

There is indeed a glow that surrounds it - quite lovely actually - i was going to use it as a paper wieght but considering
the ammount of credits you and your friends are prepared to exchange for it I think I will be persueded to let it go.
Although it wasn't easy to come by, I have followed your instructions to the letter and it has now been "professionally" frozen
in suspened animation but I must warn you that it has had to be continually monitored. It recovers immensely fast and has to be continually suspened.
We would not be willing to transport this item as I am unsure if it would each you in satisfactory condition. I presume you would have the means
of containing it better than I and so therefore would like to prospose a meeting point closer to us.

Greetings Mohican, When I was 1st told about the artifact i didn't get overly excited about it because me and my team have enough work to get through as it is and another artifact to decifer would would just add to our already heaving workload. But when I heard that this 1 was "alive" I was concerned it would die. I am glad the 2 operitives I sent were able to help you mantain its continuity. I have only ever seen 1 in this state before long long ago. We shall meet in Omega-49 @ Planet Canaria - our convoy should reach that system by 2000hrs Sirius Mean Time on Friday.
