THERE ALREADY IS A MESSAGE SAYING WHERE THE SERVER RULES ARE AND ONE THAT JUST HAS THE FORUM ADDRESS!
How could you not notice them? Are your characters getting mobbed by NPC's everytime you leave a base? Or do you leave your PC every few minutes?
Because that's the only time I miss messages either sent to me or that come up automatically.

the only reason i know bout the rules ids because one of my mates told me to look at the forum for the server rules
