happend to me few times too but these bribes dont give any reputation, well at least to me, i guess the price is computed from how much rep it will give you so 0 rep = 0 cash;)

It can happen.. I think I got it once too. But it happens when you have rep that can't be bribed higher.. so it will cost nothing and it will do nothing in the end..

Well I remember this one, had it couple of times before.
I thought it mainly happens when your reputation is already friendly, but these bribes cost nothing and do nothing. Just some odd bug ;-)
