So not exacly Emolution - You cannot Pirate with Smugled ID, but You can dock on unlawfull bases,
If You want to dock in lawfull and unlawfull bases buy an Independent Trader ID, or use still Interspace Commerce ID - but them stay about what's in a rules about ID:
