Right. Those Indians are givin' a bad name to pirates everywhere. They gank everythin' they see, 'n' when people try it tha other way they run like littl' girls. They got this Indian impersonatin' thing so far up their ass they're coughin' up feathers. 'n' tha Lawl Syndrome is so deep in their brains they wouldn't even be able to go back to their former lives as bin-men.
So I'm gonna put a stop to 'em. But why can't others 'ave fun eh? I'm 'ereby puttin' a bounty o' three... no, five millions for each Indian. I 'ave a 'undred millions to put into this bounty, so I want to see twenty o' their 'ea... scalps. *Grins*
This is available to anybody. I don't care w'o ya are. Ya can be corporations, military, police, Bounty 'unter, 'essian, Coalition, even Junker, I do not care. But ya gotta fulfil one requirement.
Ya gotta gank 'em. What does that mean? It means ya fight 'em without even givin' 'em a chance. So I wanna give 'em a taste o' their own medicine. So I wanna see ya 'ave at least five more people than they actually 'ave, or classes they can't beat. So if they got three fighters, I wanna see ya bring eight ships or cruisers 'n' battleships.

As for the requirement, there was a large SCRA attack force in Dublin at the time. The force of our attack scattered the Indians, leaving two or three SCRA vessels to each Indian.
