Mhm, if my memory serves me well, that directory is correct and theyre either stored as aMAT file or a THX file or something like that.
UTF_editor.exe should be able to unpack it and allow you to modify it ^^

I MIGHT rename the starspheres for a few systems tho to the omega 42(?) system tho, the cloudy baackground to me was beautiful.
