It seems that a few of my fellow fleet members have trouble accessing the global server while running the 64bit version of vista, with Norton Antivirus on their systems. Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Yep, a lot of people have posted problems like this... After they uninstalled Norton, everything worked fine.
