Hello,
Last week (and few more days) I created an account on disco wiki. Today I wanted to create a page about my character, but following message poped-up when I created the page: "The action you have requested is limited to users in the group emailconfirmed."
Does it mean my account was not validated (or perhaps some other error occured there)?

I'm pretty sure this means that you haven't validated your wiki account. Check your email for a message, and after validating you should be able to do it.
