I'll keep this short and sweet. There's a problem in New York and here it is. That thing tried to dock with Buffalo and I'm sure you won't like it encroaching on your territory. I'll let you make the next move towards solving this problem, we've already taken steps towards this.

[font=Garamond]Unfortunately, one of many still in Liberty. We've removed two just last night in pieces, and I've no doubt
that more will follow. I'll do what I can to deny docking rights, especially to Buffalo, which isn't capable of
supporting anything larger than a gunboat. Certainly nothing like a war machine. Rest assured, they're
being dealt with.
