Greetings honoured Guildmasters of the IMG.
This is Lt.Kara Thrace ( _Starbuck_ ) , the owner of the Charon vessel.
As You may already asume, by the title's description,
I'm forwarding you this message as an request for
the Vampire guns that are under your affiliation.
The quantity we're talking about is:
2x Vampire weapons class eight
2x Vampire weapons class nine
The only thing that remains at this moment is answering the question:
Why do I need them ?
Well, you see, since I've left the house space I found myself into the middle of nowhere in the edge worlds,
where everybody can kick my arse. Including the Outcasts,
who you have had a lot of conflicts with and still do.
The only suitable guns for my vessel are the Vampires,
and I sincerely hope that You'll consider this.
As for the sign of good will, I'll be willing to pay five mil for each gun
to your engineers for wasting their valuable time installing such an items on my ship as those.
Whilist we have very few common enemies, that's one more reason to request these.

Apologies for the delay in this, however, your transmission header did not specify exactly what the message intent was, so it landed on the general heap. But it got routed eventually. Now, to the matter at hand.
Who exactly are you? You signify yourself by rank: Lieutenant, but of what faction or army, you do not state. This makes me cautious. Our weaponry cannot simply be bought at this point in time, because of the delicate position we are in, in trying to maintain neutrality in the Kusari-Bretonian conflict. Any usage of our technology (aside from the publically sold Charon fighter, which is freely available) would cause you to become affiliated to us, to a degree. Your actions would end up reflecting on our guild. Since we do not know you, this is risky.
You also state that we share few common enemies. I fail to see how this can be a reason for granting this request. If you would not use these weapons on our enemies, who -would- you use them on? And what are your reasons for coming out into the edge worlds?
Without the guild knowing who and what you are, and have been, I see little reason to grant this request. As it stands, it will be denied, but I will leave the channel open for you to clarify your case if you wish to do so.
