We have a new version of FLHook running on the server now. This version allowed to enable PvP in New York for all players above level 30. So, technically the PvP limitation in NY is no longer valid.
However, the new FLHook proved to be not quite stable, and if we roll back to the older version everything will remain as it was before. Therefore I'm not changing the rules yet.
We are also running a new anticheat program that logs cheaters and automatically bans them in certain cases. During the last 1-2 hours, many players were banned for no apparent reason due to program configuration issues. All characters who were banned were already unbanned, but note that if any of the banned players really cheated, we'll find that out when reviewing the logs.
