Upon my patrol i was informed of a smuggler Named The_Raven with Synthetic marijuana. On route their i came across an AI Cruiser that had just killed off the [LNS]Sword_of_Damocles. AI name: Research.Drone-Chemical

I headed on to planet,and indeed found the Smuggler. I locked down rings to planet,and engaged,as he had already denied dropping Contraband,and had the AI kill a navy vessal. After doing damage he somehow found a way to by pass our lock out,and docked.He came back out repaired,and still with drug's.He was engaged again,and yet again docked.This was repeated 3 times,and then he came out and camped the rings. It seems we/you the [LN] need to have a chat with the planet manhattin to see why this smuggler continues to dock,when his docking rights are/have been removed. At this point i docked my vessal to file this report.

As for that AI-Cruiser named Research.Drone-Chemical, it is marked as hostile.
You may shoot that vessel on sight. No mercy.
