Good, perhaps we can talk about the Hispania Memorium and the Coalitioner's Creed as well.
Maybe put an end to the debate as to why we make the pilgrimage to the Hispania and what goes on in that pilgrimage.

well we're using the Militsiya as a training group for Sub-Lt's... so it means that the Hispania Mem. Get's done while they are in this phase.
I don't know, I think it is important to codify some of the great traditions we have as a faction.
I'd also like to get Jameson to juxtapose the Coalition by giving the Outcast view of the ritual.

Just filling any details I missed, or correcting any mistakes would go a long way. The general lack of input from the rest of High Command means that most of the article is my vision of the Coalition, which may not square with everyone elses.

Well I know Falconer has some good points on more traditional views. The others generally defer to you and I when it comes to how the Coalition works.
I did like the article on Volgograd, nice to get the planet defined.
