I'm pretty sure it has been a week since I've renamed my ship "Vanilla" to "LNS-Vanilla".
I want to rename it to LNS-Vanilla-Assault14 but it doesn't work, because the time limit error shows up.

move that char to another account and rename it...it will cost you another 2 mil for /movechar command, but if you cant wait for 2 weeks to expire, that's only solution.

That is correct.
If you want to move it back to that account again simply do a /movechar again..
Total Cost For Renames + Moving = 6 mil
