So here's the thing. There's a woman in Kusari who needs to be punished, a woman from KNF. She had this incredible LUCK to catch me ONCE, forced me to drop my slaves and then requested for a 10 mil fine. When she mentioned the fine I just KNEW she's makeing a HUGE mistake. But you know WHAT?!
I paid.
With pleasure.
I paid cause I KNEW that if I'll pay, this will make me even MORE pissed on her. And guess what happended? *smiles* I'M PISSED AS HELL AND WANT HER DEAD!!! NOW I am willing to spend some credits on this woman, mayby not exactly in the same way that I spend on other women (hehehe), BUT I hope I'm gonna enjoy it. And mayby You will enjoy it even more, who knows.
So here You have some bounty details:
The target: [KNF-K]Raikiri OR [KNF]Ca.Myuki.Kokori (it looks like it's the same person using two diffrent ships...)
The reward: 10.000.000 credits (what a coincidence...)
Collectable: 3 times (timestamp must be provided)
The evidence: guncam photo (video would be better)

WHY is that?
In those beautiful times that we're livin' killin' a cop should be usual 'service' just like everything else. In Liberty it works perfectly, shooting cops in NY is just like another national sport. So I'm asking WHY it doesn't work like that in Kusari?
