Looks rather old-fashioned, a helicopter without rotor or something.
Doesn't look like very agile either, maybe a bomber or even gunship?
Maybe try to move the stubby wings with the engines a bit lower and add a bachward angle to them? Would make it look more sleek and agile.

Looks awesome. I insta-though it was Coalition.
Edit: The stub-wings with the engines remind of the Pelican from Halo. I'd rather see a Civvy VHF instead of a Civvy GB though... like, Civilian Gunboat? A bit big for civilians maybe? So, VHF please. Make it look less Helicopterish and it'll be good.

It makes sense that the SCRA would share some of their design success with the Hessians, as they've been given Odins to help design new VHFs.
