Black Label Society would probably fit you. Some stuff of Blind Guardian perhaps as well, though that is mostly symphonic/power emtal they have some songs that might be what you want.

If i see that correctly, you linked some In Flames mesh up or so.
Acutally in Flames have many songs with fewer screaming.
Well depending on your definition of screaming.
Or were you looking for instrumental versions with no voice at all?
