That's a long story...In ancient times Discovery was a land of happiness and peace, but than, 2 days after it came out a dark shadow fell over the land, and all the little Liberty RPers went silent. The dark shadow spawned forth a filth that had no equal, the poor little Liberty RPers hide in terror at this new evil, from there the creatures only known as Lolwutters went forth and took over all Sirius, but in the next version the RPers fought back, taking the fight to them and attempted to purge them. However this had the unfortunate effect of fueling them further, causing them to further multiply. And to this day they remain, continuing to breed...To grow until their Master Plan is complete.

Because they are reminded of their own inability to spell use punctuation in a proper manner and thus they either become Grammar Nazis or just descend into a pit of hate and take absolutely no steps to improve themselves and mock those who try to improve themselves by learning proper grammar.
And as for the Congress, well sonny-boy, I would say that the [KPT] hate them the most.
