Operating resort location's all over Sirius, as well as bringing supply's for special events. Orbital Spa and Cruise is the leading Catering Company with in Sirius.
From the fancy Wedding of a dream, to a Luxury Cruise in the Omega's, Orbital Spa and Cruise will be there. Having such a dedicated team of Captains and Pilots, Hostesses and Waiters, Hotel's and Restaurants Orbital Spa and Cruise can cater for any event.
Founding.
Humanity has always found ways to relax and enjoy themselves. But upon till A.S 475 Several Companies were competing for the Market. On many occasions open hostility to each other had become commonplace. But a few Companies never went to those extremes. Whilst the other companies argued and insulted each other those few that grouped together grew beyond belief. In late A.S 475 these Companies came together and signed a Contract, founding Orbital Spa and Cruise. Several years later every other company in the Market either went Bankrupt or was brought out by Orbital Spa and Cruise, making it the biggest Company Sirius has
ever seen.
The Company Today.
Orbital Spa and Cruise thrives on success, customer service and customer satisfaction, but to get there they use several Departments. Each tasked with a specific goal and task, whilst having these Department's with in the company allows it to operate efficiently with out mishap. At the head of each is one Director, whom reports back to the companies CEO Chief Director Malcom Strand, whilst being able to deal with any problems that arise relating to there Division. With this powerful and proven method Orbital Spa and Cruise continues to deliver, and still is the sole catering provider in Sirius. From relaxing Spas on Curacao to the strange and exotic delights of Hawaii. Orbital Spa and Cruise will make sure you get what you expect, what you want and that you have fun doing it.
The company offers many things, from X-treme racing to the chance of getting your hands on unique items, gambling to luxurious spas. If you are dreaming it we are doing it for you. With regular supplies made to each of our base's you will always have access to our services.
Company Structure
Orbital Spa and Cruise is organised in to five Departments each with there own structure. However the whole company is structured as below:
Utility Department
The Utility Department is one of the broadest. Finance, Internal Affairs and Public Relations are all encompassed with in the department. Each base also holds a representative for local public relations that affect that area, for which they may be actively working for another department.

Logistics' Department
The driving force of the company. Its single task is to supply our bases and resorts across Sirius. It is also seen to supply special events held at other bases where Orbital Spa and Cruise has been hired to cater for the event. With the largest range of goods being supplied from gold for Finishing's and Jewellery to Food rations for basic food essentials of employees operating across Sirius. No single supply ship will find it self supplying one of our bases or resorts.

Travel Department
From Celebrities to the common man and woman. The Travel Department is tasked in taking our costumers to the places in Sirius that they wish to go. From large Luxury Liners to the smallest Yacht. Being very varied in the work with in the department one may be employed by a celebrity going round Sirius one moment to taking a group of tourists to the Shetland the next moment.

Specialised Cruise Department
Much more specialised then the travel department, the Specialised Cruise Department is tasked in taking Customers to the outer reach's of Sirius. As such they have there own specialised Fighter squadron to be able to tackle threats that present themselves. The Department is designed for those Customers who have a more adventurous side and long to see something that cannot be seen in the safer areas of Sirius. The most common is Cruises bound for the outer reach's of the Omega's.

Security for Orbital Spa and Cruise is a major problem for the company. With many terrorist actions taken against it, and pirates solely looking to take customers to be placed in to slavery. With some of the best pilots and equipment those with in the department escort the other departments vessels as required. CEO Chief Director
CEO of Orbital Spa & Cruise. Manages all meetings with the board of Director's and leads the company in the direction of the Boards choosing.
Directors
A Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of a Division. While also forming the Board of Directors they discuss and choose the direction of OSC, thus making sure that the CEO never has too much power. Generally meetings are held once a week, with each Director being able to vote on matters regarding the company as a whole. In the event of a draw the CEO will listen to all points and cast the deciding vote.
Assistants (if one is appointed per Department)
Appointed to a Division, the Assistant will assist in the daily running of a particular Division. Dealing with incoming Communications and reporting to the Division Director.
Captain/Pilot
Captain or Pilot depending on which Division
A Captain is someone whom Captains any Vessel with a hold size larger than 1000 units. It is normally assumed that those in the largest Vessel will outrank another
captain in a smaller ship. Used in Travel and Logistics Departments.
Pilot's are those of who fly everything else, the Fighters, Freighters and Armoured Transports. Though they hold the same responsibility of any Captain
they are outranked by Captains. Pilot's flying Armoured Transports and Freighters are considered to outrank the Pilot's of a Fighter. Used in Security and Special Cruise Departments.
Trainee
A trainee is someone who wants to join a particular Department. To gain the rank of Captain or Pilot they must work within that particular Department before being fully accepted and given a rank.

Also I think Cryer Pharmaceuticals can be moved to 'friendly' - OSC good neighbours and business parthners (Cryer pays money for captured live outcasts and sells pharmaceuticals and weed to those luxurious monsters on Hawaii) in Sigmas.

Is your goal to stop the Hawaii from being a meeting point between the Corsairs and Hogosha? Since from what I can tell you have them both set to hostile and seem to want to hunt Corsairs in the system.

Zelot: Corsairs Pirate Orbital Spa and Cruise in certain areas. I ask you to take a look at the feild in
Sigma-19, the one that is slightly right of the furthest Jumpgate. I will be able to give you the name of the field in a few moments. But it would be pertectly in roleplay to kill/hunt Corsairs with in that field and any other place where they act hostile to Orbital Spa and Cruise. Plus what happens if we have a known Corsair attacking ships around Hawaii, with proof, are we just suppost to sit there and allow it? Example, two Corsairs keep attacking say two Freelance transports suppling the Hawaii. They die and send me the proofs, and proof of where they was killed. I then take one of my characters to the Hawaii and see said pirates. Currently I can't do anything, but they can abuse in roleplay the access they have to the Hawaii. Where I can do nothing about it. With that restriction in place, it will allow in rp for OSC to keep order around the Hawaii, and to be able to hunt Corsairs where in rp OSC gets attacked by Corsairs

I have no intention of stopping the Hawaii being the drop of point for the Artifact trade. I am going to be promoting it, much more than I can see that anyone else has done in the past. Hogosha are not considered common criminals by Kusari Law either, so I cannot see how you have taken that hogosha are Hostile. However, the current state of Orbital Spa and Cruise, for which it has been the case for a long time, always had criminals as hostile, unless that criminal was actually giving some boon to a certain station (ie Hawaii), suppling them, or simply not pirating Orbital Spa & Cruise, in which case they are ignored untill they make or cause a problem or threat to Orbital Spa and Cruise.

have always thought that OSC should involve more smuggling - they have high end clients, with expensive tastes. imo, cardi, blood diamonds, artifacts, gaian wildlife, all the good stuff should enjoy high prices on their four bases. yes, osc has just four bases. shetland, hawaii, baden and curacao. is there any other faction so under developed? obv, they were thrown in as background, and nothing has been done to improve their lot.
buffing the sell prices would see more osc tagged indies flying around, and more smuggling would give police factions something to do, rather than be secondary to military forces.
the osc restriction on corsair bashing should be balanced with a similar one for corsairs - "may not attack osc id'd players in the sigma 19 system"
in fact, rply, it would fit that corsairs would DEFEND osc ships, cos they're the corsair's fences for artifacts. buffing the artifact sell price on the hawaii would encourage this
anyway, the long and short of it is, i support this attempt. now, lets see some roleplay, some passengers being transported with food, water, holotainment bands, tobacco, wine, lux cons goods, (weapons?)
and less indys in liners transporting gold ore. declare the ships as stolen if they are caught working as transports? you wouldnt use the QE2 as an oil tanker....

hehehehehe Coin your lovely as always.
I'd prefer it as both can attack each other. But do it all in roleplay of where they shoot each other, not restricting by the ID. Would also allow for some strange events happening at the Hawaii.
About Liners used as Haulers. I have big plans. Hopefully to make some form of OSC corperate law, which will likely cover happenings as above.
And don't worry 2 of us has been rather busy of late trying to do stuff ingame for over a month already. So it has started on that front.

After talking with various people I have decided to remove certain intents. These are upon actually being given certain evidence that there is restrictions on another ID (The Corsair ID) and that the Admins do not consider an ID that states cannot commit an unlawfull action as against the rules of the Server.
Thank you for those who have brought those to my attention. They know whom they are.
Furthermore I have added two Relations to clear Certain things up as well.

Call me crazy, but why would you bounty pilots who don't abide by your rules? Wouldn't it fall under the 'Zoner can't bounty Zoner' rule?
Also, you spelled Inspiration wrong in your header thingy.
