I like wearing a cap whenever I eat at home. I have no idea why, it's just become a ritual to me.

My habit is that I blow smoke rings every single time I exhale smoke. I know it's a habit because I rarely notice when I do it, but I've had it pointed out to me for multiple years by multiple people.

Its annoying. But if I'm paying attention, I can't step on the cracks in the footpaths. A little OCD, but it makes getting from one place to the other a hell of alot more fun.
