Regarding the enforcement of the Battleship Essex No Fly Zone:
Current Orders : Battleship Essex No Fly Zone
Officers must exercise discretion, and must especially note that taking this order to the point of destroying traders and miners is an absolute last resort. And should not happen to Bretonian vessels with BMM, Bowex, or Gateway IFF.

Standing Orders : Battleship Essex No Fly Zone
Officers of the Crown:
Today a Secondary Fleet Ship, the HMS-Annihilator, was engaged by a mixed Molly force (apparently with others) and destroyed right beside the Essex.
The following were implicated in the destruction of the ship:
Home.One
Black.Bart
The.Quinn
David.Taylor
Sean.Mac.Ateer
Dominic.Holt
Dominic.Holt was arrested by the BPA and IAB, and taken for questioning. The others have not been apprehended.
FIRSTLY all the abovementioned ships are to be apprehended, and failing that, destroyed on sight in Bretonia.
SECONDLY any Molly ship within 10 k of the Essex is to be warned away, and if it does not increase its distance, it is to be destroyed.
