All you 1337 (leet/elite) pewpew`s think your the cream of the crop when it comes to piloting a ship! Not?
..but the truth is that most of you couldnt pilot a heavy Transport (4500+ Cargo) without getting stuck in lanes or gates every 2 minutes. Do not even think of trying to "race" with them..
So to get some more respect i guess we Traders have to get your attention raised by an event never seen befor in Sirius:
Races* between the most sexy** beauties, the heavy Transports.
Moreven i hope we manage to get your yaws drop when all you wannabe-elitepilots find out that the true Sirius elite manage heavy Transport racingtimes in the Lanesystems that most of you wouldnt in the most versatile light Fighter.
(* companysponsors would be very welcome to found the Prices and officialy delegate theyr best Pilots)

What does the term "Nublet" mean (to you)?
I doubt barge races will get real attention, because half of the Public viewers would fall to sleep at the interesing locations, for instance Lanejunctions in Galileo. I bet thouse and likewise would make great viewpoints for viewers or even TV-teams, when the big fish try theyr best drifting turns in a steady interval, one after another, like in ralleysport-racing.

Hey, a transport race could be awesome. And real fun. But the possibilities to overtake someone are really rare then. Since you could only do while lanedocking... And this would result in major bounce, so that both wont enter the lane, and the one following is the lucky winner...

I though more like in ralleysports, as Time race, one after another. This would also open the opportunity to make a Cup with multiple events, for instance one in every house space. Likewise the single race times added to a Cup-time.
I wonder if the modmakers could maybe develope some special (mobile) Gates or targetzones or set up tradelanes to make them start-/finishline for all sorts of races.
