So, the involved faction leaders know the drill, we've already talked about it.
This event is open to the Ageira|, DSE), [*USI*]; ]bd[, and [GC] factions. If we are short on ships, I will open it to independents of the aforementioned alignments.
Essentially, we're going to have a massive trade convoy taking Gate/Lane Parts to Chugoku GCS in Hokkaido.
We thought it would be a good idea since no one goes there anyway due to higher danger and less profit than other Construction Sites. Also, in 4.86, as well as it being completed, another pair of Gates is completed in the adjacent system. Therefore, Kusari and Samura have stepped up the construction pace despite the risks and need a whole lot more building material.
This mission is classified as medium to high risk. Presence of Kusari pirates is strongly predicted in the latter stages of the transportation run. Blood Dragons and their Golden Chrysanthemum allies are known to often attack convoys to prevent the progress of the Chugoku Gate construction.
Transport ships get to keep any profit they make from the cargo. Surviving traders get a bonus. Destroyed transports will get an insurance payout (so it's not a complete loss).
Escorts get paid a set rate, with a deduction due to the destruction of traders. A small amount is payed to all ships per destruction of hostile vessel. A larger sum is paid to the specific escort which terminates a hostile. Destroyed escorts get a small insurance payout.

It will probably take around 2 hours, but may take longer or shorter depending on the situation.
