First is the Titan, I dont want to use Codies, so Im using 2x Coladas and 4x Sallies, Screamer Mine, plus a Mini Razor, is that setup ok?
Second issue is the Praefect Cruiser, currently with 2x L Mortals, 2x Pulses, 4x Sair Primaries, 4x Solarises and TCD. Does a setup of 2x LMs, 4x Pulses and 6x Solarises work better?
Please give ur opinions. Looking forward to other setups as well. Note that my chars are Sairs.

On the titan, I generally go 2 tizzys, and 4 Sallys with a Nuke mine and a CD. That setup has never let me down.

Get a nuke mine fer the titan. and use tizzies stead of coladas. Or one of each, that works too.

Hmm... Poor Coladas, well, I'll try 1 Tizzie and 1 Colada, Nuke and TCD like Zelot, but why not MRazor? Our Titan has huge power core.
Still need advices for Praetty.

Nah, Coladas are way too energy hungry for the damage the offer. Imo, that setup is okay, I'd just use a mosquito and nukes instead of MR and screamers, but that's really up to you. Use whatever you're more comfortable with, experiment a bit.
As for the cruiser, I found every solaris cruiser to be useless, but, then again, I haven't flown many. Personally, I'd go with prims.

Harder to hit with MR in Titan. (Not ideal situation. If you can do it, then keep it.)

That maybe good against Caps but will it kill bombers? I found the Solarises kill fighter kinda fast, 4.00 x 900dmg x 1800ms

As for the cruisers...cruisers are meant to be anti-cap, You use support to fend of bombers, simple as that.
If you plan on flying solo in a praefect, something you shouldn't be doing, maybe solaris's are better. Then again, you'd be easy prey for enemy cruisers.
There's no perfect setup, you need to give up on something, in order to have something else.

Sadly even that I donw want to fly solo, I have to, my timezone make me fly when both Humans and Bats are sleeping. So Praetty will go with primaries then, I'll go hunt NPC cap ships. =(

For that Praefect: If you're going to hunt NPC caps, forget pulses and mortars, you won't be using them much, since they spawn at ~2.2K from you. Instead, get a combination of Primaries and Cerberus turrets. That's what I used when I had a Praefect and flew around Gamma hitting BHG Cap NPCs. Works nicely. Also remember to place yourself on the side of the formation, so they don't hit you all at once.
Also: GOOD ARMOR!
