In Omega 15 at the Junker base there (I forget its name) are a bunch of wrecks. Mostly transports, and one fighter. However, the fighter is unaccessible because its inside a wreck of a base. You can see it, but the hitbox prevents you from reaching it with weapons fire. Is it lootable? And if you CAN reach it, does it drop anything?

it contains minor nomad brains and other stuff - as far as i remember .. i reached it with a flak cannon in x.83

Uh...last time I opened it, (discover how yourself) It had 4 buckshots....and a paralyzer, I think.
Once you figure out how, its a no brainer.
Hint: work on killing NPCs who are docking.

Uh what does killing docking NPCs have to do with anything? The wreck is sealed inside a pile of debris.

If you look, its sealed in a dock.
Frozen at a certain state of opening.
