Hola my good friends.
As some of you may remember, I came to Bretonia in the past. By the grace of the Bretonian Armed Forces, i was given landing permission for the planet Leeds and some other stations. As of September last year, i have been gone, i almost perished.

Me and my lovely wife, came under attack by some unknown enemy, possibly terrorist or perhaps it was corsair assassins. I will never know.

BUT, i would like to know, if i still have the permission to return to my humble apartment on planet Leeds. As of now, all that i have left is my fighter. My crew was reassigned a different captain, my ships either reassigned or scrapped. Atleast, i still have my mansion at Malta, although it has decayed quite a lot.

My apologies for not responding to your request earlier but the comms chatter was full of the fall out from those backstabbing drunkards with a half a brain cell to share that fell down the public convenience and now is floating in the middle of Dublin.

I must apologize for the above rant but now down to business while I can see your obvious distress and you situation I can not however grant you allowance to land as I do not have the power to do so. However I can ear mark this transmission as important as you obviously may still have these attackers on your trail. As well I shall send it to the government and redirect it to the director as he most likely will want to do some background check on you.

Furthermore I shall also pass along a few good words on your behalf also please pass on my best wishes to you and your family.

Gracias for your reply. My earlier arrangements were conducted between me and Mrs. Lafiel, pardon me if i get the name wrong. She was a countess and a ambassador i belive, pardon my poor memory.
I were also granted former short term docking rights for Essex (when i hepled out in dublin) by Adm. M. Bridge, before my long term ones where given me by Mrs. Lafiel.
I hope this helps, i shall arrive in Leeds shortly, as usual. A low profile will be kept. Both for your sake and the Maltese Goverments sake.
