You can't dock any more if your reputation with the owning faction is below -0.55.

Yep i am green green green.... i knew the new -.55 rule, but didn't see any other, ima log on in a sec and see if it works now.
Right now my rep is messed up cause i was priatin in frankfurt and killing lawful ncps, so hessians (me worst ememies! and bundish are almost full green now too so... idk)

Got it fixed cannon. What i think happened was it went hostile while i was attack a fella near by, then left the system. For quite some time, when i came back it was telling me some green message that my card wasn't good enough. Log off and back on and whala.
EDIT-what i would like to know is why it wouldn't let me dock after i left the system for about 30 mins and came back and it didn't let me dock till i logged out/back in.
