I know all this ZoI stuff and so on... but I'm not sure.
Rheinland had contact to the nomads in the nomad war. they had nomad tech on SP (cloak and stuff)
IN CASE there is RP backround... are they allowed to visit the omicrons rulewise or is this against their ZoI?

RM is a military faction. It has nothing to do that far from Rheinland.
MND is an intelligence agency. They can go there if there is a good reason.

Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing them in the Omicrons (especially when in concerns MND; maybe MND only). Actually, SpaceTime has the point. Intelligence factions may be seen almost everywhere, if there is a good reason. But usually operations outside of standard ZoI are rare and pre-arranged.

Also, Rheinland had first contact with Crete.
But I'd rather see only MND over there.

Rheinländers and their organizations may have a reason to go to the Omicrons, but the Rheinland Military or the Police does not. I specifically told the RM-MND not to go there either, the BDM may do so if they actually conjure up a reason. They are the military intelligence faction after all.

As major said. No reason for them to be there unless they come up with a good reason. Also as stated,almost all Order ship's will shoot you. They shoot pretty much everyone but Zoners these days.
