yeah there are although I don't have the cerberus mod or whatever the name was - it looks nice but in my case it caused some stupid anti-hack/cheat bugs with weapons and I needed to delete that one.
Someone most likely will aim you at it soon.

All modificatons i use are added manually. Mods are not save cause you never know if they Change any other Files. Dun Risk a modding ban

All I'm looking for is some mods that make the game a bit more visually appealing (bloom, HD textures etc.) that don't risk my weapons deactivating or cause incompatibility issues.

There's a HD-texture mod out there on a German website I found a few days ago ... but I cannot remember anything besides that I've downloaded it to test it:D
The screens were pretty good though!
