Q1: How much time does it take a field to regenerate? Do they regenerate at server restart?
Q2: When fields are fully recharged how much do they drop? wiki is outdated i think
Q3: How much ore has to be mined till a field is depleted?

Yield information per field was never published and this is not likely to change, up to Cannon if this information is going to be public or not. Most fields have, when they are at full or almost full capacity, sufficient drops that the faction with the highest bonus for that ore type can fill at least 1000 units per 10 minutes. People who are experienced in blasting rocks faster, should be able to make more then this. One or two hegemons mining won't quickly drain a field however.
