My friend lost his IP recently and lost all characters.
He dont know how to contact you so he asked me to do it.
I would like to know if there is any possibility to return his characters?

above one or say your firend to reg here and PM a admin with the charnames. They can set a new movecharcode on them so he can move them on his new ID
/edit: dun only list the charnames. also say what ship + equipt the char is. so the admin can be more sure its yours (and if he knows how much money aprx. is on them.
