I'm a bit confuse due to war who still raging between Liberty and Rheinland, I want to use Tigershark with Freelancer ID/IFF, and I'm intend to I spend my time mostly in Liberty space, so am I allowed to use the ship or not ?

Tiger Shark is indeed labelled civilian, but idiots in LN will still go 'zomg rheinland engagigngai' when they see you. The best thing to do is don't play in Liberty.

That was merely an truthful observation, obviously I'm not going to sugarcoat Liberty like some people are.
I do occasionally play in Liberty, if that makes a difference.

Neither am I "sugar-coating" it. But telling every player who's interest to roleplay there, to stay out of Liberty, won't make it better either.
