More minor fixes - Cannon - 05-12-2011
A few minor changes:
- Probably fixed the docking bug related to the NPCs. Post here if it is still happening.
- Updated the LH Guard ID to allow battleships as per the notice regarding the SRP of the Spyglass.

Apparently the Morph ID still can't buy the approved Nomad Tech from the Nomad City in Iota.

As of this post, the NPC docking bug was still happening.
Got a screen shot of Newark with SEVEN NPC's stuck in docking mode.

Five of them are easy to see, but the two of them are a little harder.
There are two ships on the left side, near upright pylon there, one in front and one behind.

The npcs are not fixed.
The whole group stays together the escorts are inside the npc trade ships and they block the docking ring.

Seems to be lingering. Nansei Research Complex, Kyushu; took a while for the NPCs to dock. They just sat still for a minute or two before letting my ship in.
