I dunno why they're freezing. Nothing has been changed in relation to them.
I've reloaded clean and fresh copies of all flhook + plugins incase one of the file transfers was corrupted - this has happened before. Post here if it is still happeing...

I still see it happening everywhere. "Freezes" at the docking ports are totaly new to me. Anyway something essential with wide and deep impact has changed.
Also, starting same time as the docking bug, i have noticed i suddenly get rammed very very frequently right after undocking, incuding in Sectors im alone. So server spawns Kamikaze vessels around bases. This dedicated ramming is also completely new to me.

I've never seen NPCs perform 500m dodges at the -exact- instant I fire something with enough oomph to kill them before.

Frozen in time, reminds me of the Matrix. Perhaps I won't get TCD spammed today.
So I am assuming it hinders normal docking and not quick docking?
Edit: Means at this time of this post I have observed the freezing of NPCs

Breisen is continuously full of NPCs. And.. it does indeed disrupt quick docking.

Are NPC have same "reputation/IFF" system as players ? I have a feeling this started mostly after the new neutral can't dock thing.
