Would a admin be able to transfer chars on a lost account to another. Was using launchpad and haven't saved yet when my computer crashed and I would really like to use those char names, plus I put a decent amount of work setting them up.

Firstly,please post all similar requests in the Help Requests forum in the future.
Secondly,the admins need to know the names of the characters missing.
