K, I'm not sure if anyone's actually still enforcing the ban or not. I know I barely do given I don't catch many people carrying nomads, or when I do they're noobs that have no clue what's going on anyways.
If no ones enforcing it, I think I'll just drop it. In which case, those that registered thank you and you can get money back by participating in the roleplay events :D
If there are people still enforcing it, kool, I'll just keep it going then.

View the faction status thread for the lists.
For the 8492nd, I'll ask for $15mil to license everyone who uses the tag (now or in future), or you can do it individually.
The faction license will increase as each faction signs up. Next one should expect $30mil. After that $40mil...
Phantoms cannot be licensed due to their known alliance to the nomads (duh).
Note: Since meeting me on the server is often difficult due to time zones, I tend to add people to list first and get cash from them later (xit you still owe me :) ). So if anyone wants to become licensed just PM me and I'll add the name to the list.
Cash collected ends up paying for my roleplay events :D
I'll update the wordage a bit for the ban. Mainly change registered to licensed since that's a better way of describing it and avoids some confusions. Also, there won't be any other licensing officers since anyone can PM me (KISS - keep it simple stupid :) ).
