- Creation of Universal Trade Division (UTD) by Jonathan Mendez. This company has two main roles:
- suppling Liberty NAVY by Military weapons and construction alloys to potential outnumbers agaist Rheinlanders and pirates in Liberty space.
- Helping liberty NAVY agaist pirates by our escort wings.

- New president Markus Rakkim Epps became the leader and began to make plans for all investors.
- United Trade Division transports have formed. Company funds in like small bank.

- Universal Guard Division formed. We already have escorts to protect our transports in our Homeland and other House systems.
- Mike Truth became Vice President and grabbed our money in order to increase our profits.

- Freelancer Zion became a main manager of company (His ability to span all the possibilities).
- Universal Trade Divion was renamed to United Trade Divion and Guard Division to United Guard Division.

Because we are part of Liberty we must respect Liberty laws! Our main trade routes are in home systems of Republic of Liberty.
Otherwise we can lawfully trade in kingdom of Bretonia and Kusari empire.

President [P]
- President is owner of company. He can recruit new members and make difficult decisions.

Vice President [VP]
- Represents President ,if he is not here. He also make difficult decisions.
- He shares Diplomatic issues with president.

Manager [M]
- Third in a row. His job is recruiting new members and taking friendly terms in company and space.
- Manager is allowed to make important decisions in convoy , while some of main leaders is away or destroyed.

Businessman [B]
- Employee ,who fulfilled all presented tasks and passed main training.

Trainee [T]

- CO manager ( Company Organizator ) is allowed to make in-game meetings.
- He is Semi-Leader of Company.

Operator [O]
- Operator is second pilot ,who must handle all problems in convoy either in play or at company nets.
- He is second judge in defence operations.

Sheriff [SE]
- Sheriff is allowed to make nice terms between players in company. He is informant of convoy.

Recruit [R]

So this is kind of like a Liberty version of |Convoy|? That could be cool, I guess. It's good to see some more corporate competition and militarism anyway. Pirates need to learn we're not all toothless. I will be extremely surprised if you manage to get an active escort wing working though.

Also, Universal Guard sounds a little corny. You might want to think of something a little more original. For example, Bowex's escort wing is called ExSec - Exploration and Security. Obviously, you guys don't do exploration, but I'm sure some equally groovy titles could be worked out.:D

Another point - you really don't need so many ranks in both divisions. You're not the LN - you won't be able to draft 30-odd people to fill what is effectively 13 ranks. Simple is best. A unified command structure across each division would probably help too. You'll end up with traders who make a part time escort, probably without any full-time guards. That's just how corporate factions work, unfortunately.
