[color=#000000]As I see on the tech chart, the maquis terchnology is green for the Council...but well...there are any maquis ship in the 4.85?
Edit: Another one...if there arent official factions who could give approval for white cells...those technology is free to use?

Thought the same...but not a simple ship from the Maquis.
Anyway, there are some Unione Corse ships what are white cell for the Council...what about them, since there are no official corse faction who could give approvals?

There's no real admin ruling about it right now. So you can go with "established forum RP" as justification and risk to get your stuff taken away by an admin decision or the officialization of a residing faction. The alternative would be to stick to your own tech.
