So I'm about to recreate my AGS character, and something came to mind. Would you allow a 'commandeered' civilian transport to be used in a criminal faction for various activities?

I used to own Train in the LWB/AGS that was part medical bay, brewery, holding bay and laboratory that could also transport surplus materials to and from places, and from 'liberating them' from their previous owners.

I don't want to use a pirate transport or something, I like the train for its cargo pod design, its good hold and surprising agility.

Sometimes I use it in conjunction with pirating where we may take a smaller cash sum, while taking some cargo for our own needs.

Would you permit it? It it legal? Is there new paperwork I'd need to do?

The civilian ships of a house are allow open to the unlawfuls of that house. Civilian tech and ships are meant to be open to all, with very little restriction on who can get their hands on them. So yea.

Those are bombers, not transports.

Ah sweet, glad I won't have rule lawyers possibly breathing down my mailbox like last time.

Stealing civillian ships and transports is also actually a reasonable RP reason, in contrast to "stealing house battleship, lawl".

why stealing? anyone can buy those ships. freelancers, mercenaries, why not pirates?

If your ID and the Tech Chart say you can use a civilian trading ship like a Stork with that ID, you can use that Stork, even if someone wants to say you can't.

So a criminal walks into a lawful base...

Does he wear a big sign on his chest that says criminal?

so a guy walks into a base, buys a ship, and delivers it to the guy that offered him a reasonable sum to do so.

or, a pirate crew just boards a transport. pick.
