Hi all im looking to upgrade my CSV to one of two ships the Camara or Dromedary
i play a trader who is a Freelancer at hart so will take on the NPC pirates from time to time
and will one day get the credits to have a nice LF (Arrow)
o yer i have 5.3 mil

You asking for recommendations?
The Camara is pretty good as its long and thin with 6 turrets, I found it good for dodging
Dromerady has less armor but more guns. Similar cargo hold and a bit more expensive.
Personally like them both

Of those two choices, I would recommend the Dromedary if you're a nostalgic fan of vanilla Freelancer, or if you really want the extra 20 cargo space or the cruise disruptor.
The Camara is also an excellent choice however, it has decent handling and a shape that cannot be beat.

The CSF is junker Vessel- it is the best in terms attack from all 3 freighter vessels.
Camara is good for running from pirates.
Drom is medicore at all- you can use it because of the more cargo space.
Pelican is excellent ship-mixture between transp and freighter in your case I will go there.

You have made right choose ( about light fighters) they are the best ships in game ever
(Also try ki (newark station), decurion(planet Crete), anyways, all LFs are good, and arrow is the most agile and small. It rocks too)
